Installation was easy, because Pacesetter designed it to fit my car, a 1996 Jetta 2.0L, so well. It was almoast like the exhaust was stock. Additionally, The exhaust is not one that is out there just to make noise. For an exhaust, it is very quiet, but the tone IS different. The power gains are great, too. No cat-back exhaust is going to give your car substantial gains, (unless your car is "racing bred") but it's safe to say that I got at least 7 or 8 Horsepower to the flywheel. That's the same increase that any other exhaust system will give you, (such as Magnaflow, DynoMax, and Vortex)and at a much lower price. Horsepower to the dollar spent, this product is great.
